Michele Creed has been at the helm of our Redmond office since 2005, bringing her love of organization, trivia (fresh questions every week!), and a passion for high-quality health care to everything she does. Since starting her career with Hand Therapy Northwest, Michele’s deep understanding of people and her dedication to exceptional care have made her an integral part of the team for the long haul. Whether it’s helping with scheduling, insurance, or authorizations, Michele is always ready to assist—and she never misses a chance to make a few jokes along the way. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, traveling to Montana, and spending time with her husband, two dogs, and family. Michele’s warmth, wit, and commitment make her an invaluable part of our team!
