Steph Pineda
Hand Therapist

My passion for hand therapy started unexpectedly when I took up rock climbing. As I became more immersed in the sport, I gained a deep appreciation for the intricate mechanics of the upper extremity and how uniquely we all use our bodies. This experience sparked my desire to help others through movement and education, empowering them to understand and care for their bodies. I believe in the power of knowledge, the potential for healing and growth, and in collaborating closely with clients to help them take control of their recovery. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me outdoors, rock climbing with my dog and husband.
