Steph Pineda
Certified Hand Therapist
Lead Therapist - Lynnwood

My journey into hand therapy began unexpectedly through rock climbing. As I delved deeper into the sport, I developed a profound appreciation for the complex mechanics of the upper extremity and the unique ways we each move and function. This curiosity sparked a passion for helping others heal through movement, education, and a better understanding of their own bodies.

I believe in the power of knowledge, the body’s capacity for healing and growth, and the importance of working collaboratively with clients to support their recovery. My goal is to empower each person I work with to take an active role in their rehabilitation and long-term wellness.

Outside the clinic, you'll often find me outdoors—rock climbing alongside my husband and our dog, embracing the same love of movement that inspired my career.
