Get Expert Hand Therapy Guidance — Without Leaving Home
Struggling with elbow, wrist, or hand pain? Not sure what’s causing it—or what to do next?
You don’t have to guess or wait. You can speak directly with a certified hand therapy expert via secure video call, right from your home or workplace.

You Deserve Answers — and a Clear Path Forward
Pain and loss of function in your hand, wrist, or elbow can affect every part of your life — work, hobbies, sleep, even how you connect with others. But trying to figure out the cause and the right solution on your own is overwhelming.

That’s where we come in.

I’m JoAnn Keller, OTD, OTR/L, CHT — the owner of Hands for Living and a long-time occupational therapist and certified hand therapist.  I’ve helped thousands of people recover hand function and reduce pain, and I’d be honored to help you take your next step.

Here’s How It Works:
Schedule your video consultation. It’s easy, secure, and convenient.

Get expert insight. We’ll talk about your symptoms, review your concerns, and identify your best next steps.

Start feeling better. Whether it’s personalized advice, a referral, or self-care guidance, you’ll walk away with a plan you can trust.

Not Sure if a Video Call is Right for You?
No problem. You are welcome to schedule, and if you are not satisfied with your call, we will refund your money.

A Few Things to Know:
- If hands-on treatment or a custom brace is needed, we’ll help coordinate the right in-person follow-up—either with us or another provider near you.

- General consultations are available to anyone, anywhere, but ongoing treatment-based video therapy is only available to Washington state residents with a provider’s referral.

- We do not bill insurance or worker's compensation for video consultations at this time.

Don’t wait and wonder — get real answers from a hand therapy expert without leaving home or work.
